Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-impact B2B email marketing programs that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across the learner-to-earner lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including scheduling, segmentation, copywriting coordination, design coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Build and execute nurture programs that engage prospects, accelerate funnel progression, and support retention and expansion initiatives.

Optimization & Performance

  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, design elements, and content for maximum impact.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-touch email campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored to professional and higher education audiences.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
