Our enterprise client is seeking a Brand Partnership & Sponsorship Specialist to support partnership sales, sponsor management, and activation for a portfolio of high-visibility events. This role will work closely with marketing, events, and commercial teams to build sponsorship packages, manage client relationships, and execute deliverables from pitch through post-event reporting. Ideal candidates have prior experience in sponsorships, partnerships, event marketing, or client-facing brand programs.

Location: Hybrid – Norwalk, CT (occasional onsite with potential of up to 25% travel)

Duration : 3-Month W2 Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

  • Support the full sponsorship lifecycle: prospecting, creating proposals, pitching, contract support, and fulfillment.
  • Develop customized partnership decks and packages aligned with client goals (branding, lead gen, digital exposure, onsite activations).
  • Manage day-to-day communication with sponsors to ensure deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, events, operations, creative) to execute sponsorship elements across digital and onsite channels.
  • Track sponsorship assets, deliverables, timelines, and budget status for internal reporting.
  • Assist with event planning and onsite activation as needed, ensuring sponsors have a seamless experience.
  • Analyze sponsorship performance and prepare recap reports with metrics and insights.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new categories, target accounts, and partnership trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in sponsorships, brand partnerships, event marketing, media sales support, or related client-facing experience.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship packaging (digital, onsite, branded content, experiential).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with marketing leads, brand managers, and external partners.
  • Experience developing pitch materials and partnership proposals.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint/Google Slides, CRM tools, and basic reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise media, events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
  • Background supporting revenue-generating partnerships or sales teams.
  • Onsite event experience is a plus.
