Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

New England Wound Care is a fast growing specialized wound care facility. Our specialized team has over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive wound care throughout New England with locations in Greenfield, Amherst, Easthampton, Florence, and Westfield.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is 20 hours a week (part time) and requires travel to multiple locations.

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote services and products, increase patient engagement, and drive business growth.
• Produce and manage a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, brochures, social media content, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Oversee and execute digital campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and websites to improve online presence and patient acquisition.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and patient needs.
• Work with NEWCare staff to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals and clinical standards.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate.
• Day-to-day tasks may include: plan marketing activities, create content, review creative ads and videos, manage brand and social media, coordinate events, manage promotions, execute special events, track results, manage PR, manage website changes, troubleshoot obstacles and otherwise support and drive all marketing plans and activities. Travel to various facilities to promote NEWCare and establish relationships within the community.

Required skills and qualifications

· Experience in marketing coordination or similar role

· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
