Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and enhance our brand visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices in social media marketing.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform features to continually improve social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Web analytics, SEO, keyword research, and video editing software.
  • Excellent content creation skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and audiences.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
