This is a key position responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and effectively communicating our investment philosophy and performance to clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with analytical precision to develop compelling narratives around our products and investment approach. Additionally, this role will support the sales team through database management, providing materials, handling follow‑up requests, and assisting with CRM management.The Marketing Manager Duties Include
Brand & Narrative DevelopmentIn collaboration with Patient leadership, develop and refine our overarching product story to ensure clarity, consistency, and compelling positioning in the marketplaceBuild a cohesive voice reflective of positioning strategy that resonates with all stakeholdersConduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark our marketing efforts against industry peersDifferentiate the Patient brand from other value investors, ensuring clear communication of the Firm’s unique value propositionCollaborate with investment teams to translate complex investment strategies into clear, concise messaging that resonates with target audiencesCreate tailored messaging for institutions, retail investors, the broader investment community, and industry networks.Maintain and enhance the firm's website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with our brand standardsContent Strategy & ExecutionIn collaboration with Patient leadership, design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for both the firm and key investment professionalsCreate engaging content for digital platforms that strengthens our brand and thought leadership positionEstablish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels and clearly communicate learningsDevelop reporting frameworks that translate complex marketing metrics into actionable insights for leadershipStakeholder CommunicationsCreate and maintain high‑quality marketing materials, including pitch books, fund factsheets, investment commentaries, and presentationsManage the quarterly production calendar for client communications and marketing materialsGather and synthesize client feedback to continuously improve marketing materials and messagingBalance and differentiate brand positioning to attract both the retail and institutional investment ecosystemsEnsure all marketing collateral adheres to regulatory standards while effectively conveying our value propositionAssist with organizing and supporting client events, investment conferences, and webinarsSales Motion SupportSupport the Sales team with timely delivery of marketing materials and follow‑up on client/prospect requestsWork with Sales team to manage and maintain the CRM systemManage and update sales databases to ensure accurate and current information for each productRequirementsBachelor's degree2 – 5 years experience with some marketing experience (coursework, internships or direct work experience) and asset management experience preferred.Exceptional writing and editing abilities with attention to detailStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to establish meaningful KPIs and leverage analytics tools to drive marketing decisionsStrong quantitative skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms and dashboardsThrive in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing a multitude of tasks.Flexible and adaptable.
