We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Project Lead who brings a robust understanding of performance marketing within the digital marketing landscape. In this role, you will guide marketing projects initiated by our sales and marketing teams from concept to completion, leading and directing project team members effectively.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated digital marketing professional with proven experience in leading projects to successful outcomes. You will collaborate with various departments, including Marketing/Sales, Creative, Copy, Operations, and Development, ensuring effective execution of ideas and projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriters, video producers, developers, designers, and other teams to bring projects to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Continuously enhance content quality and stay updated on the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for team members to communicate progress, requirements, and project deadlines.
  • Structure ideas and strategies into actionable projects and tasks.
  • Review completed tasks and confirm they meet project standards and guidelines.
  • Utilize project management tools to define and execute strategies effectively.
  • Conduct project analyses and leverage data as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leaders and other departments to create efficient communication strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all content produced.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams throughout strategy, design, content, and development phases.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of direct-to-consumer products.
  • Technical proficiency in web design and build projects.
  • Strong grasp of content marketing strategies.
