Senior Performance Marketer

Our sales floor moves high volume every day, and our marketing engine drives thousands of leads a week. We’re now bringing on a Senior Performance Marketer to take full ownership of our paid acquisition in-house.

Role Description

This is a full time, in office role based in Secaucus, NJ.

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketer who will own all paid traffic on Meta and Google and drive consistent growth across all Redline funnels. You’ll build and scale campaigns, test creatives and angles, optimize funnels, improve attribution, and push CPL down while increasing lead quality and approvals. You’ll work directly with leadership and our content team and move with speed, precision, and a deep understanding of direct response.

Qualifications

• Manage and scale Meta and Google campaigns
• Build weekly testing frameworks for creatives, hooks, and audiences
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, routing, and conversion rates
• Strengthen attribution, event match quality, UTM structure, and tracking
• Create dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Drive consistent qualified lead flow to the sales floor
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
• Reduce CPL while increasing approvals
• Own Redline’s entire in-house paid acquisition engine
