Renny & Reed, a premier luxury event production and floral design firm, is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Event Producer to join our Southern Florida team. This role is central to the execution of high-end weddings, private celebrations, and special events. The ideal candidate excels in vendor and venue relations, thrives under pressure, and maintains the elevated standards expected of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Vendor Relations

• Serve as the primary vendor contact for all assigned projects from planning through installation.
• Maintain direct communication with venue partners to coordinate all production needs.
• Source and manage vendors in alignment with the approved project scope, design plan, and budget.
• Secure vendor contracts, obtain timely internal approvals, and ensure all contractual terms are met.
• Communicate all logistical and project changes promptly to internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee timely vendor invoicing and ensure accuracy against proposal and contract terms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate deliveries, load-in/load-out schedules, materials, and staffing.
• Ensure vendor performance remains within budget constraints and aligned with approved production details.

Project Management

• Determine project staffing needs with internal teams according to budget and proposal terms.
• Manage the master production schedule, including vendor timelines, load-in, installation, and breakdown coordination.
• Oversee event production onsite, working alongside internal partners for seamless execution.
• Lead internal post-event debrief meetings and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Spearhead event materials repurposing initiatives and manage sustainability-related logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, production, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of vendors, venues, and floral/event design is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Must demonstrate a positive, resourceful “can-do” attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to West Palm Beach, FL prior to start date.
