RetyrOne is redefining how retirees and pre-retirees experience their next chapter. We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and highly accountable Director of Marketing to build and scale our marketing engine. This role is central to driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and fostering meaningful engagement across all digital channels.
You will work directly with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies tied to clear KPIs. Success is measured through lead volume, conversion performance, engagement benchmarks, campaign ROI, and brand growth—not just creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
- Develop and manage data-driven campaigns that increase qualified leads for RetyrOne’s retirement planning services
- Own and report on core KPIs: cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience refinement, and performance insights.
Brand Development & Content Leadership
- Strengthen and expand RetyrOne’s national brand presence across digital channels.
- Lead the creation of compelling content, including educational videos, client stories, social media, and thought-leadership assets.
- Ensure all creative aligns with the RetyrOne brand voice: clarity, confidence, and modern simplicity
- Track brand health metrics — traffic, reach, sentiment, and engagement.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms.
- Develop scalable email and nurture sequences aligned with our retirement education funnel.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible visuals and messaging.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Provide marketing insights and reporting to leadership and advisory team
- Develop toolkits, templates, and content packages to support client-facing initiatives and seminars.
- Support event marketing for workshops, webinars, and RetyrOne signature experiences
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a marketing team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability systems.
- Foster a culture of creativity, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage innovation in digital content, video, and emerging channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
- Proven track record of building measurable, KPI-driven marketing programs.
- Strong creative vision paired with analytical discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into decisions and clear insights.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA, social analytics, etc.).
- Experience in financial services, retirement planning, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
