Rosati’s Pizza is looking for a personable, organized, and creative Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to represent our four locations in the community and online.

This role blends local relationship-building, social media, event coordination, and light marketing — perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, creating content, and helping drive business.

⭐ Role Summary

You will

  • Build relationships with schools, sports teams, HOAs, apartments, and local businesses.
  • Book fundraisers, events, and group orders.
  • Support social media content and online presence.
  • Track outreach activity and weekly performance metrics.
  • Coordinate between all 4 Rosati’s store managers for event prep, timing, and follow-through.

This role is NOT a kitchen or restaurant position — it’s community-facing, marketing-focused, and ideal for someone who likes being out and about.

What You’ll Do -

Community Outreach

  • Build & maintain a pipeline of local organizations (schools, teams, clubs, HOAs, employers).
  • Book fundraiser nights, team meals, teacher lunches, and organization partnerships.
  • Drop off menus, introduce the brand to local offices, and check in with partners.
  • Attend community events and manage a simple booth setup when needed.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Capture photos and short videos at stores for social content.
  • Post 3–5 times/week across Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor.
  • Create simple flyers using Canva.
  • Update Google Business Profiles and online promos.
  • Respond to reviews and comments within 24 hours.

Coordination & Internal Communication

  • Coordinate with store managers for event scheduling, prep, staffing needs.
  • Maintain an outreach calendar for all stores.
  • Track KPIs in a simple weekly spreadsheet.
  • Report weekly performance (fundraisers booked, catering leads, content posted, etc.).

Requirements

  • 1+ year in marketing, outreach, events, retail management, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic Canva or social media experience.
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
  • Able to attend occasional evening/weekend community events.
  • Able to lift ~25 lbs for event materials.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
  • Mostly Monday–Friday daytime, occasional events on evenings/weekends.
  • Salary: Based on Experience + Monthly KPI Bonus (based on bookings, outreach, content cadence, review response times, etc.)
  • Gas stipend for travel between stores & community visits.
  • Employee meal discount.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI Bonus Structure)

You will earn monthly bonuses based on

  • Outreach touches (80–120/week)
  • Fundraisers booked (target: 4–8/month)
  • Catering/group orders booked (target: 6–10/month)
  • Review responses within 24 hours
  • Content posting consistency (3–5 posts/week)
  • Community engagement volume (15–20 interactions/week)

KPIs are designed to be clear, trackable, and achievable.
