Onsite Manager – Creative & Marketing

Seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to lead a large client program within the creative and marketing space. This role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring strong partnerships, high service levels, and continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for client stakeholders across HR, Operations and Procurement.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Lead onsite recruitment and fulfillment activities; manage KPIs, SLAs and performance.
- Present regular business reviews and insights; track data trends and program metrics.
- Resolve escalations, support workforce planning, and align services with client goals.
- Drive process improvements, develop new opportunities and support program growth.
- Lead and coach the onsite team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in account management, onsite staffing, workforce solutions or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication and client-relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in creative/marketing environments is a plus.
