Purpose

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead and implement strategic, multichannel campaigns for our IT Services. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will handle campaigns like 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, and other Marketing teams is essential.

This role is crucial in delivering personalized engagement across key accounts through our IT offerings, including Cloud Services, Intelligent Automation, Security Services, and Data Services. Ideal candidates will be proficient in managing marketing tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.

A strong ability to innovate creative, data-driven strategies will help us enhance relationships with high-value accounts and refine the buyer journey.

This is a fully remote role that requires the candidate to reside within the United States and be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities

  • ABM Strategy & Execution: Design personalized 1:1 campaigns alongside scalable 1:Few programs to captivate target accounts and buying committees.
  • Collaboration: Cooperate with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success, aligning on account plans and marketing priorities to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Deploy multi-channel tactics such as paid media, social selling, events, email, and customized content to boost revenue and market share.
  • Data & Optimization: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo for tracking engagement and optimizing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop captivating account-specific materials including videos and customized templates.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate field teams on ABM techniques to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • 7 years in B2B marketing for IT Services with at least 3 years in ABM roles.
  • Expertise with tools like Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to run high-ROI campaigns in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in project management, analysis, and communication.
  • Be prepared for occasional business trips annually as required.
