MISSION

To drive consistent, scalable lead generation and funnel performance through paid advertising, data-driven optimization, and relentless testing and fueling the company’s growth across challenges, book funnels, events, and core offers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Build, manage, and scale Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end: audiences, creative, targeting, optimization, and budget pacing. Develop and test new paid acquisition strategies to discover winning audiences and creative angles each quarter.
  • Funnel Optimization: Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting landing pages and funnels for challenges, book funnels, and other lead-generation initiatives. Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless user journeys, strong conversion rates, and smooth campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and adjust quickly to reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition). Build clear, actionable dashboards and present weekly performance reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging, creative concepts, and brand voice across all ads and funnels. Bring a test-and-learn mindset — push creative boundaries while staying data-anchored.
  • Be present for regular in-person strategy sessions, creative brainstorms, and campaign planning meetings in metro Atlanta when necessary.

KEY OUTCOMES (KPIs)

  • CPL and CPA consistently within or below target for each campaign.
  • Lead volume goals met or exceeded each launch cycle.
  • Conversion rates improve month over month across all active funnels.
  • Clear, insightful weekly reporting delivered on time.
  • New high-performing audiences and creatives identified and scaled every quarter.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is not an entry-level or “learn on the job” role. We’ve been burned by surface-level marketers before and are only looking for a proven, senior-level performance marketer who can step in and deliver.

  • Analytical and data-driven. You live in dashboards, love spotting patterns, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
  • A fast executor who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deeply experienced in paid acquisition for coaching, courses, or digital education businesses. You understand funnels, launches, urgency windows, and backend monetization.
  • Obsessed with testing, optimization, and scaling what works.
  • Comfortable presenting performance insights clearly and proactively flagging opportunities or issues.
  • Based in Atlanta, GA, or nearby and are willing and excited to collaborate in person with the team regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on Meta & Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with CPL/CPA targets met or beaten.
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing funnels that drive measurable results.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in the coaching, course, or online education industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear action steps for non-marketers.
  • Self-starter, highly accountable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Local to Atlanta with ability to join regular in-person meetings and strategy sessions.

TOOLS & SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Go High Level (CRM, automations, lead nurturing)
  • ClickFunnels (Funnel builds, split testing, integrations)
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
  • Other tools as needed to execute and optimize campaigns at scale
