Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Design eye-catching graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to enhance visual storytelling.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly while maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage reputation management efforts and coordinate influencer partnerships.
- Perform keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content visibility on search engines and enhance e-commerce initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and branding alignment before publication.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while adapting messaging for different audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and platform algorithms to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights that inform strategy adjustments.
- Experience in relationship management—building partnerships with influencers, media outlets, or community groups—while maintaining a professional online presence.
- Skills in photography or basic web photography techniques are desirable for creating original visual content.
