We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida (this is a hybrid onsite role).

Were looking for a strategic, collaborative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will be responsible for leading the company's full-funnel, multi-vertical marketing strategy across Business, Dealer/Reseller, and Consumer segments. You should be data-driven, strategically curious, and an execution-focused leader who thrives in a high-growth, innovation-heavy environment. You will help shape the brands market position, accelerate demand generation, support product launches, and drive growth across all revenue channels. You will oversee a diverse and high-performing marketing team that focuses on demand generation, content, design/UX, social media, MarTech/CRM operations, events, lifecycle and partner marketing. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Executive Leadership to turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and execute the company's annual and quarterly marketing strategy across B2B, B2D (business to dealer), B2C, and channel/partner segments.
  • Own brand positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks across their business, dealer, and consumer audiences.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategies for major OEM partners and new product launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence, including regulatory shifts in the industry.
  • Build multi-vertical demand gen funnels for their target industries.
  • Oversee lead generation, pipeline acceleration programs, MQL/SQL definitions, and revenue-driving initiatives in collaboration with sales.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, eBooks, social, events, and partner channels.
  • Implement scorecards and dashboards to measure ROAS, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and campaign-level performance.
  • Own the company's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and creative direction.
  • Oversee creation of strategic content, including blogs, newsletters, customer case studies, video content, product collateral, and industry-specific assets.
  • Make sure that all touchpoints reflect a cohesive, credible, and expert brand presence.
  • Oversee MarTech and operations
  • Lead the development and optimization of HubSpot CRM, company websites, and marketing automation systems such as PostScript.
  • Oversee segmentation, lead scoring, nurture flows, lifecycle programs, and attribution modeling.
  • Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy has a strong alignment between Marketing and Sales.
  • Lead the strategic presence at major industry events, roadshows, trainings, and conferences.
  • Lead the flagship annual event to deliver a standout industry experience. This includes marketing strategy, ticket revenue growth, securing sponsors, recruiting top-tier speakers, and managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Oversee webinar programs, virtual training, and online community engagement.
  • Manage partner marketing programs and strategic co-marketing with OEMs and alliances.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team while fostering a collaborative, innovative, supportive culture.
  • Establish clear KPIs, professional development plans, and quarterly goals for each team member.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience leading both B2B and B2C marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, CRM/MarTech systems (HubSpot preferred), branding, and digital performance marketing.
  • Experience managing a diverse team and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytics background with experience managing budgets and performance scorecards.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies for OEM partners or distributors.
  • Exposure to channel/partner marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, UAV, robotics, hardware technology, or similar industries is a nice to have.
  • Experience working with public safety, agriculture, construction, or surveying customers is a plus.
