Summary

We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eyewear brand based in Australia, and we’re looking for an A-player Social Media Manager who can build a clean, premium, and consistent social presence across Instagram and Facebook.

Your mission is simple: make our social pages look world-class — branded, cohesive, and aesthetically sharp — while posting high-quality content daily to strengthen trust, credibility, and community.

What You’ll Do

  • Design a clean, modern, on-brand Instagram & Facebook page layout.
  • Create and post 1 high-quality branded post per day (carousel, static, reel, infographic, quote, lifestyle content, etc.).
  • Build polished story highlights (Shipping, Reviews, Styles, FAQs, Offers, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic — fonts, colors, spacing, tone, and visual identity.
  • Repurpose existing assets (photos, UGC, reviews, ads) into social-friendly formats.
  • Create a monthly content calendar with themes, hooks, and brand messaging.
  • Track engagement and adjust the posting strategy based on what performs best.
  • Suggest new ideas to grow the audience and improve the brand’s social presence.
  • Ensure the page feels premium and cohesive—like a top-tier eyewear/lifestyle brand.

Someone who can make our page look trustworthy and premium — not cluttered or generic.

A true creative who takes ownership and wants to elevate the brand’s visual identity.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You

  • Have proven experience managing Instagram/Facebook for DTC brands (eyewear/fashion is a bonus).
  • Are strong with Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
  • Have a great eye for aesthetics — layout, spacing, colors, and branding.
  • Know how to create content that builds trust and looks premium.
  • Can manage a consistent posting schedule without being micromanaged.
  • Communicate clearly and respond quickly.
  • Can show examples of pages you have designed or grown.
