## Marketing Operations & Automation Manager (HubSpot) — Contractor

### About the Role

We’re looking for a **HubSpot power user** who loves building clean, measurable systems.

Your mission: make our growth predictable and our attribution airtight.

You’ll own **HubSpot Marketing Hub**, integrations, and lifecycle reporting for a tech-focused financial research firm serving serious investors.

If you love connecting tools, cleaning data, and improving systems week after week — this role is for you.

### What You’ll Do

  • Build and QA HubSpot workflows, segments, and custom reports
  • Wire and document integrations using Salesmsg, Wistia, Zapier, and Scribe.ai
  • Launch landing pages and PDFs — all CTAs tracked and UTM tagged
  • Maintain weekly dashboards showing traffic to lead to sale performance
  • Optimize onboarding to boost Day-30 activation by 20–30 percent
  • Bonus: light design skills to format PDFs or landing pages from source content

### Success Metrics

  • 100 percent tracking coverage (UTMs and click logs)
  • 20–30 percent lift in Day-30 activation within 90 days
  • Weekly dashboards published by Tuesday 10 a.m.
  • Deliverability: less than or equal to 2 percent bounces, less than 0.1 percent complaints

### You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 3 or more years of HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (advanced workflows, attribution, reporting)
  • Proven record connecting Salesmsg, Wistia, Zapier, or similar tools
  • Ability to build or QA landing pages and PDFs independently
  • An operator mindset — measure, iterate, repeat; execution beats ideas
  • Familiarity with Traction by Gino Wickman or Hormozi-style systems is a plus
