Marketing Coordinator (Digital Focus)

Reports to: Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our project management and creative teams across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who enjoys moving between copywriting, ad management, and campaign coordination.

You’ll work closely with our Project Manager to help plan, execute, and track marketing deliverables — from social content to paid campaigns — ensuring everything launches on time, on brand, and at a high standard.

This role requires strong organization, creativity, and common sense — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment and can handle multiple priorities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting

  • Write short-form copy for social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the design team or use Canva to create and finalize visuals when needed.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with client brand voice and campaign objectives.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Build and manage ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
  • Assist with audience targeting, creative uploads, and basic A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile key metrics into weekly reports.
  • Update tracking sheets and performance dashboards in Notion or Google Sheets.

Coordination & Operations

  • Support the Project Manager with task updates, asset collection, and deadline tracking.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved on time.
  • Organize marketing assets in Google Drive and Notion.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and help identify ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or creative support.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience with Canva or other creative tools.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (Notion, ClickUp, or Asana).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
