Happy Go Social is building a small “talent bench” of reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants who can support our monthly social media content production. You’ll help prepare, upload, and organize content for real estate and small business clients using templates and SOPs we already have in place.

This is not a strategy role and not a full-time job. It’s perfect for someone who wants flexible, task-based work, follows directions well, and is comfortable inside Canva and social scheduling tools.

What You’ll Do

Prepare static posts, carousels, and simple graphics in Canva using our templates

Add captions provided by our copywriter

Upload completed content into Cloud Campaign or Google Drive

Label and organize all files consistently

Set up monthly content drafts inside our scheduling system

Assist with relinking posts or replacing assets

Prepare folders with client assets (photos, videos, logos, etc.)

Follow step-by-step SOPs for monthly workflows

Assist with asset collection reminders

Double-check that all materials are complete before handoff

Maintain brand consistency

Follow naming conventions and file structure

Work independently and stay organized

Have strong attention to detail

Follow SOPs and checklists without improvising

Are reliable, responsive, and organized

Know Canva and can work within templates

Have experience supporting social media tasks

Are comfortable with Google Drive and Google Docs

Can work independently with clear instructions

Want flexible, part-time work without guaranteed weekly hours

Bonus (not required)

Experience with Cloud Campaign or other scheduling tools

Familiarity with content calendars

Experience with real estate or service-based businesses

Technical Requirements

Strong written English comprehension

Reliable internet

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to take feedback and learn quickly

Willingness to use Slack/WhatsApp if needed

Hours & Pay

As-needed hours (no guaranteed weekly minimum)

More hours available as we onboard new clients
