We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can run paid acquisition campaigns, manage ongoing social content, and support suppression-style client campaigns across major social platforms.

This role requires someone who understands how to generate leads, manage paid social budgets, and execute strategic posting across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our internal ads team, SEO/PPC analysts, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Run paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Build and optimize lead-generation funnels to drive inbound interest.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish daily or weekly social content across multiple brands.
  • Set up and optimize audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and event tracking.
  • Assist with client SEO campaigns, including content scheduling, amplification strategies, and visibility management across social platforms.
  • Create and manage social media reports, showing KPIs, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the internal SEO/SEM team to coordinate messaging and campaign timing.
  • Conduct competitor research and identify new social-media growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid ads and lead generation.
  • Proven results running Meta (Facebook/IG) and LinkedIn campaigns; I will require you to show me on screen some of your previous campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, segmentation, pixel tracking, conversion optimization.
  • Ability to design social content in Canva or guide a designer; we have a full design and development team.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and switching between campaigns efficiently.
  • Excellent understanding of analytics dashboards (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 preferred).
  • Strong communication and project-management skills.
