About Veritas Injury Lawyers

At Veritas Injury Lawyers, we believe Truth Wins. We are a mission-driven personal injury law firm dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives after serious injury. Our team delivers justice through integrity, transparency, and relentless advocacy.

We are seeking a Director of Operations & Marketing to join our leadership team — a results-oriented professional who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience leading high-performing teams, building efficient systems, and driving measurable marketing growth for a service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner to design and execute the firm’s long-term growth plan.
  • Integrate marketing, operations, and financial performance into a cohesive business strategy that enhances efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, participating in high-level planning, decision-making, and performance reviews.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Oversee the firm’s marketing vision, strategy, and execution — including digital advertising, SEO, social media, community outreach, and brand partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign data, lead sources, and ROI to optimize marketing spend and maximize client acquisition.
  • Lead creative direction for content, messaging, and public visibility while ensuring consistency with Veritas’s brand identity and mission.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, media partners, and creative agencies.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day law firm operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, systems are optimized, and client service remains exceptional.
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department — including intake, case management, and administration.
  • Work closely with department leads to monitor case flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure quality control at every stage of the client journey.

Intake & Client Experience

  • Supervise and train intake teams to deliver exceptional first impressions and convert inquiries into retained clients.
  • Develop scripts, conversion tracking systems, and follow-up protocols to ensure consistency and accountability.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and intake.
  • Partner with HR and the Office Manager to recruit, onboard, and train new employees in alignment with the firm’s culture and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and purpose-driven excellence.

Financial Management

  • Develop and oversee marketing and operations budgets.
  • Track spending, forecast outcomes, and ensure that firm resources are used efficiently and strategically.

Data & Technology

  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs across departments for full-firm visibility.
  • Manage the firm’s technology stack (CRM, case management, marketing automation, analytics tools) to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Use data insights to make informed operational and marketing decisions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps; design and implement solutions that improve speed, quality, and results.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen firm culture, client satisfaction, and brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior operations and/or marketing leadership, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or growth-oriented company.
  • Proven success leading teams and managing budgets of $1M+.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, funnel management, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong operational acumen — capable of building systems, scaling teams, and driving accountability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in CRM, project management, and analytics tools (e.g., Filevine, HubSpot, Monday, or similar).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $115,000–$125,000/year
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Supportive, growth-focused work environment
  • Professional development and leadership opportunities
  • Meaningful work serving clients during life-changing challenges
