Vici Health Sciences is a fast-growing pharmaceutical R&D and dietary supplement CDMO specializing in formulation development, analytical testing, cGMP clinical supplies, and commercial manufacturing for both pharma and nutraceutical clients. We manage 10–20 active projects at a time and receive a steady inbound lead volume through our website. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing organization to support our continued growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to own and manage our full inbound sales pipeline, marketing operations, and CRM processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM experience—HubSpot expertise is required—and the ability to convert a high monthly lead volume into qualified opportunities and signed projects.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling 70–100 inbound leads per month, qualifying opportunities, preparing introductory materials, coordinating team follow-ups, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting inside the CRM. You will work directly with the CEO and technical leads and will receive extensive training on our internal process flows, pricing structure, and service offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Pipeline Management
- Manage, triage, and qualify 70–100 inbound leads/month from website forms, email inquiries, and outreach campaigns.
- Own the CRM pipeline from first contact through contract execution, ensuring timely follow-up and clean data.
- Schedule discovery calls, coordinate technical conversations with internal SMEs, and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients.
- Prepare and issue templated introductory materials, capabilities decks, and follow-up emails.
- Track conversion rates, opportunity stages, and sales velocity; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
CRM (HubSpot) Ownership
- Serve as the internal HubSpot expert and administrator.
- Maintain all pipelines, workflows, automations, lead scoring rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure all inbound leads are captured and tracked properly with complete and accurate data.
- Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot usage as needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the CEO, Formulation Development, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure accurate scoping of new business.
- Ensure seamless internal handoff of newly signed projects, including detailed notes and CRM documentation.
- Maintain alignment across technical and executive leadership.
QualificationsRequired
- At least 3 years of sales, sales operations, or CRM administration experience.
- HubSpot CRM expertise (pipeline management, workflows, automation, dashboards).
- Experience managing significant inbound lead volume (at least 50+/month).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort speaking with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of B2B services, quote generation, or technical sales.
- Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, CDMO, dietary supplement manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or related life sciences industries.
- Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus, though not required.
- A four year degree in a technical field such as chemistry, engineering or life sciences preferred.

Compensation
- Base pay of $90,000
