Events & Partnerships Producer

A company is looking for an Events & Partnerships Producer to enhance visibility and influence through strategic events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a speaking CRM and pitch relevant events and media outlets

Produce curated VIP dinners and manage event logistics and attendee engagement

Track KPIs and provide performance reports while testing new partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in event production, partnerships, or field marketing

Track record of booking and producing successful speaking or VIP events

Confident negotiator with a growth-marketing mindset

High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage senior-level audiences

Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and tight deadlines
