A company is looking for a Meeting & Events Scheduler to support the events team in scheduling and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process internal event request forms

Assign and book event spaces based on availability and requirements

Communicate event details and logistics with internal collaborators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and ability to learn customized internal software

Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices

Background in hospitality or event management is preferred
