A company is looking for an Operations Specialist for Events and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the execution and logistics of events by coordinating with organizers, partners, and vendors

Deliver complex partnerships by managing operational obligations for vendor programs

Bring events to life by ensuring readiness and briefing support staff on goals and messaging

Required Qualifications

A Motorcycle Rider is mandatory for authentic connection with the riding community

2+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing operations, eCommerce, retail operations, logistics, event management, or customer service

Demonstrated organizational strength with the ability to plan and execute events or complex programs

Possess a "start-up mentality" with adaptability to changing situations

Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams
