Webinar and Events Manager

A company is looking for an AI-Driven Webinar & Live Events Manager.

Manage the event calendar, including 3 webinars per month and 2 live dinners per quarter

Develop project plans, conduct tech checks, and oversee logistics for events

Implement AI workflows for event management and report on metrics and outcomes

3-5 years of experience in running B2B demand-generation webinars / events

Proven experience with AI automations (e.g., Zapier, Lindy)

Proficiency in HubSpot, Zoom or Streamyard, and project management tools (Asana)

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Ability to work remotely with at least 3 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific time
