Job Summary of Senior Director, Product Marketing:
This role leads the marketing strategy for Walmart Business, driving growth, membership adoption, and brand development. The position involves managing a high - performing team, aligning cross - functional stakeholders, and using data to optimize marketing initiatives. You will influence customer engagement, acquisition, and loyalty while delivering measurable impact across B2B chaels.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Director, Product Marketing:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high - performing marketing team across brand, digital, performance, content, product marketing, sales enablement, and operations.
- Develop and execute end - to - end marketing strategies to grow Walmart Business and expand membership offerings.
- Shape and enhance brand positioning to resonate with B2B customers and strengthen market presence.
- Drive go - to - market execution for product and feature launches in partnership with product, sales, and operations teams.
- Build and implement marketing plans to acquire, convert, and retain Walmart Business+ members.
- Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with site, product, and engineering capabilities.
- Support sales enablement by creating collateral, testimonials, and tools to help account executives engage larger organizational customers.
- Advocate for the business customer’s voice across the organization and champion marketing’s role in B2B growth.
Qualifications and Experience of Senior Director, Product Marketing:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 6 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in commercial/B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high - performing teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic and operational skills to craft marketing strategies and execute multi - chael GTM plans, including site, CRM, paid media, and content marketing.
- Experience in competitive B2B markets, driving adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Data - driven mindset with expertise in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies.
- Strong executive presence, integrity, and accountability with a customer - first focus.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration.

- Aual salary range: $130,000 - $260,000
