What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is not only a social media enthusiast but also an apple polisher when it comes to content and communications! The ideal candidate is plugged into culture and understands how to turn the latest trends into compelling social media content. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, whether that means creating content yourself or contributing to a team. Agency experience is a plus, and a passion for crafting engaging content is a must!

Key Responsibilities

  • iPhone Cinematographer: Create short-form vertical videos using apps like CapCut, InShot, and other editing tools.
  • Caption-Writing Guru: Juicy hooks and catchy CTAs are your thing!
  • Content Creation: Batch-create and schedule content for multiple accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Be ready to step in and be the face of content if needed.
  • Client-Facing Phenom: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and needs. Be able to lead a client call and ask great clarifying questions about the latest brief.
  • Client Engagement: Attend on-site meetings for content creation, strategy alignment, and relationship building.
  • Community Management: Engage with audiences through community management, customer service, and direct conversations to foster loyalty and build brand voice.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years prior work experience as a social media manager. Applicants without prior role in "social media" will not be considered.
  • Proficiency across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and experience in managing multiple channels and demonstrated track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, optimize, and report on social media performance.
  • High-level organizational skills and an autonomous work ethic.
  • Expertise in short-form, vertical video editing and proficiency in apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, and other editing tools.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Trello is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and own transportation for regular on-site visits.
  • Demonstrated passion for staying current on social media trends and cultural conversations.
